Our Story
School of Health Science and Technology was established in 2024 with the primary objective of providing quality education and training for individuals aspiring to pursue careers in the medical and health-related fields.
Our institution is committed to producing competent healthcare professionals who can effectively contribute to meeting the medical needs of the community and beyond. We are supported by a team of qualified and dedicated academic staff who bring real clinical experience into the classroom.
Located in Donga, Taraba State, we serve students from across northern Nigeria and beyond, giving them the professional foundation they need to thrive in modern healthcare settings.
Our Direction
To become a leading institution in health sciences education, recognised for excellence in training, research, and community health development across Nigeria and West Africa.
To provide accessible, high-quality health science education that equips students with the clinical competencies, ethical grounding, and professional skills required for effective healthcare delivery.
To train and certify Community Health Extension Workers (CHEW), Public Health practitioners, and Clinical Healthcare professionals who meet the standards of Nigerian health regulatory bodies.
To serve the underserved communities of Taraba State and the wider north-east region by continuously improving the quality and reach of our healthcare training programmes.
